This notice explains the confidentiality, liability, and drafting terms that apply to email correspondence sent in connection with rental property cases managed through AI Office. It is intended for recipients of that correspondence, not for registered users of the dashboard — see the Privacy Policy for how personal data is processed.

1. Purpose of this notice

Email sent in connection with a property case may reference this notice, or link to it directly, instead of repeating the full text in every message. It applies to that correspondence and any files attached to it.

The information in the referenced email, and any files transmitted with it, is confidential and intended solely for the named recipient(s). Informal correspondence, including draft terms or figures discussed by email, should not be relied upon as a binding offer or agreement.
